Odibo Training Institute was founded in 2021 to prepare people of African descent for the global workforce, starting with a pilot Basic Training cohort in Arochukwu, Nigeria. Since then, every graduate of Basic Training has gone on to paid work, most within weeks of finishing the program, and the model has expanded from a single pilot class to an ongoing pipeline of mentorship, training-partner sites, and an E-Commerce Incubator for participant entrepreneurs.
The numbers below reflect where the program stands today — see Our Impact for the full breakdown.
